Skill Description

Enables use of the last damaging skill that was inflicted by the enemy players (monsters do not count). Skill level affects the maximum level of the plagiarized skill that the user can obtain.
For example, if the user is hit by Bash Lv. 10, but he/she has only learned Plagiarism Lv. 5, the user can only obtain Bash Lv. 5 through this skill.
Only one skill can be copied at a time.

Other Notes

On all servers, this skill is unchanged and retains the original effect.

Copyable & Usable Skills

Essentially, any 1st & 2nd Class skill that damages the Rogue will be copied. (Including skills that Rogues can naturally learn)
The limitation then is whether the Rogue is able to reproduce the skill.
Ex: Sonic Blow can be copied but can't be reproduced by the Rogue as they cannot equip Katar class weapons.
