All servers For every 2,000 points you purchase via PayPal in a single transaction until the end of the month you will receive a Premium Costume Box from the Bonus Rewards NPC in Niflheim. This item is tradable and grants a Premium Costume, which is account bound. It grants a monster costume similar to the ones for the Halloween even but does not expire. The first time you set a random monster for the costume it is free and each additional random change is 1 point. You can also pick a specific monster of your choice for 10 points for official monsters or 100 points for custom monsters. Episode Update - 13.3 El Dicastes (& Dewata) New Maps and Monsters - Towns, Fields, Dungeons Dewata, Dewata Field 01 and Dewata Dungeon 01/02 have been added. To get there, speak to the NPC on the Alberta Docks. Please see iRO Wiki for more information. Scaraba Hole - A new dungeon - has been added directly east of Manuk. El Dicastes field 02 has been added east of the Scaraba Hole dungeon. El Dicastes Field 01 has been added north of that. The city of El Dicastes 01 has been added north of El Dicastes field 01. El Dicastes 02 has been added north of 01. Please see Doddlercon or iRO Wiki for more information. New items have been added in 13.3 that have been customized due to RebirthRO still being pre-renewel. The effects of the items are universal across all three servers and are subject to modification in the future if they need changed. If a server ever moves forward into third classes / renewel, the customization will be reverted. Black Wing Ancient Dagger Imperial Spear Green Whistle Stem Whip Rose Vine Chrome Metal Sword Mystic Bow Alca Bringer Two Handed Chrome Metal Sword Red Ether Bag Sturdy Mining Pickaxes have been made available from the Premium Point Redemption Shops for 500 points. They remove the chance of breaking and failing to get mining points. Mining Point Sale at the Token Redemption NPC has ended. Land Protector has now become level-selectable (Again >_>). The Quest window descriptions have been updated. Please report any errors using the Bug Tracker on the forums. Eir The number of Cursed Seals required for the Arcane branch of Acrylie's quest has been halved. The Pancake System has been updated with new items. Good luck! Loki Following changes to Nidhoggur's Nest has been made: Nydhogg's stats and skills have been buffed to bring him more in line to Loki's standards. Angra Manyu/Ahura Mazdah will be disabled within the instance. Proxy Skin Fragment's drop rate has been lowered to 75%. The cool-down timer for re-entry has been reduced to 1 day from 3 days. Hiding will no longer dispell Soul Linker's Ka- buffs from you. Bradium Shield has been fixed and will no longer lose its effect after a server-reset. The following changes have been made to @go: El Dicastes has been added as @go 32. You will be instantly warped out again if you have not finished the pre-requisite quests. Dewata has been added as @go 33. Bradium Golems have been moved from Splendide Field 02 to El Dicastes Field 02. The dreaded Hallowring has been called forth from a dimensional rift and is wrecking havoc upon the world! Read here for more info Extensive Guild Dungeon changes have been made, including, but not limited to: All mobs found within the current guild dungeons for WoE (including 2.0) have received major buffs. A second floor has been added to the Prontera, Aldebaran, Payon and Geffen realm castles' guild dungeons. For more information, speak to the Cat Hand Agents in the respective guild realm. Custom MvPs have been added to each new guild dungeon. They have a completely custom, unique way of spawning, which will be kept a closely guarded secret. A grand total of 4 MvPs, 8 mobs, 12 cards, 72 items and 4 maps, all of which are brand new, have been added for this update. For more information, see this thread or the Hall of Abyss wiki page. Fire Imp pet will now correctly grant 10% resistance to fire elemental damage when loyal. Dyna-Event Upper has had effects added for it. Please speak to the Dyna Event NPC in Moscovia. To set an effect you will require 1 Event Point. Tyr Same-Sex Marriage has been enabled. The rewards from Monster of the Day (Rucksacks and Rings) have been made account bound. Ladybug Flappers defense has been decreased from 6 to 2. Assumptio scrolls have been disabled inside of Castles. Ash Vacuum and Nidhoggur's Nest have been added to the Kafra. An error that allowed Pancakes(NPC) to not give a Pancake for Acid Bottles has been fixed. Eir / Tyr Guild Town Warpers have been updated to match the revisions the standard NPC has received. Players are unable to drop MVP cards or God Items on the ground. They continue to be impossible to sell to NPCs. You can now PM NPC:Monster of the Day for mob information instead of going to Prontera. The mobs inside Nidhoggur's Nest have been fixed. Nagas and Bradium Golems have been removed from Splendide Field 02. Issues with Entweihen Crothen: Entweihen Crothen has been re-added to OCAs at its previous low rate. Nothing will be done to existing or future cards. This is being done to prevent fairness issues for new players or people who were misinformed about the discussion regarding the future of pre-existing cards. If you sold your card under the assumption it would be nerfed or changed -- shame on you. Pancakes @me messages have been removed. You are still getting points when you use them, there just isn't any text spam. Monsters inside the WoE SE dungeons have had cards added to their drops. Guarana Candy and Leaf Cat Balls have been fixed.
