Skill Description
This skill has a chance of inflicting the Silence status on the selected target. Does not work against Boss monsters. The chance is equal to 100 - (TargetVIT + TargetLUK / 8) + INT / 15%.
Casting this spell on a target that is already silenced will remove the Silence status.
