Overview
Special Dyes are used in various quests on Eir / Tyr. Obtaining these dyes can sometimes be random, so you can often end up with dyes that you do not want, or need. That is where this NPC comes into play. The Special Dye Exchange NPC is located in Prontera (@go 0) on the top left of the center fountain (Located at 149, 214).
By using this NPC, you can exchange 2 two of the same color dyes for 1 one of a different dye. For example, you can turn in 2 Special Red Dye and receive 1 Special Green Dye. You have the choice of picking which dye you want to exchange and which dye you want to receive, however you must have 2 of the same dye to exchange. You cannot exchange 1 Special Red Dye and 1 Special Blue Dye to receive a Special Green Dye.
