From the Maintenance Notes:

Loki Fixed - Increased max fame to 2b. Wind Walk, Soul Links, and Preserve are no longer lost on relog. Weapon Refine bonus is now correct. A bug with Fable Card and Reflect Shield has been fixed. Rood Ears fixed to properly have 4 slots. Disabled trading of Banaspaty Card. Removed the Welcome Kafra and Deathmatch Announcement messages. Desperado and Cart Termination no longer take reflect damage from cards or equipment.
