From the Maintenance Notes:

Loki Cedi SE has been implemented. Almost a complete rewrite (some of the base code was kept but pretty much every line was changed) Cedi rewards now all go to the party leader, no more treasure box and no more lotting If the party leader is not online or his inventory is full the rewards will be placed in web storage instead (no more lost bio samples) Cedi items can now be traded. Cedi equipments are now bound to your account on equip. Once bound, their name will turn yellow (or another color, if it has orbs it's auto bound because to add orbs you have to equip it). Any equipment obtained before this maintenance is pre-bound to your account. The Race System has returned! All previous owners of a race have now had it returned. To reactivate it speak with the Premium Race NPC inside the building in the bottom left corner of Prontera center and choose "Fix Race".
