From the Maintenance Notes:

Loki Bug Fixes: Nidhoggur's Shadow Card fixed Cedi Tier A properly made non-donate Custom items that given damage to medium monsters only has been fixed. Little Girl from notoriety fame tier 2 quest has been fixed. Mental Stick and some HoA issues were fixed. Save the Queen hat fixed to work on holy Lighthalzen Basement pump quest should no longer reset when server crashes. Chemical Protection should properly end strip status Pressure has it's after cast delay fixed. VIP Halter mounts have been disabled in woe castles Poriwing should grant it's skill when loyal Normally spawning monsters should (hopefully?) be normal size; no more super small version
