Maintenance 2013-11-05

From the Maintenance Notes:

All Servers GM Applications are open. Read it completely! Loki A lot of behind the scenes work has been done to help make the server more stable Regarding the pet/homunculus issue: We have exhausted all possible ways to fix this issue, but unfortunately we are unable to return lost pets / homunculi from the server issue 2 weeks prior, with the exception of some, explained later. Here's a little explanation as to what happened: Pets / homunuli (From this point referred to as 'slaves') are stored in two tables. One for the character, and one for the slave. In order for a slave to work, both parts must match up.. Parts of that data, or all of it, depending on the case was wiped out when the server unexpectedly crashed one fateful day. The server goes through multiple characters a second, saving each one. If your character was being saved at that point it crashed, you were affected and your slave was not properly saved, or it was corrupted and partially saved. The only real fix to this solution was unfortunately to clear out the slave tables for those affected. If some of the data was there, but not all of it, then if you tried to use Call Homunculus, it would have failed due to it recognizing your character already had a homunculus, but wasn't able to pull the data from the homunculus table, as the homunculus was wiped away / not saved. End conclusion: There were 57 homunculi affected, which out of all that it could have possibly affected, is quite smaller than we had imagined. We have a list of people whom are apart of the 57. If you are able to verify through screenshots or some form of acceptable evidence that your homunculus was of a certain intimacy (or even evolved), we will be able to return that one manually to it's state at the time of that screenshot / evidence. However aside from that, we cannot offer any sort of compensation. We deeply apologize for the error that has occurred, but we have done all we can or will be able to do to remedy the situation.  :( After maintenance, you will be able to use Call Homunculus to create a new one. [Changed] Vote Point Redemption NPC was reorganized. [Changed] Autotrade Coupons have been replaced with Autotrade Coupon Box, which will give a 2 week rental coupon. This item is not deleted when used and can be used as much as needed during those two week. Afterwhich, it will be removed. Server crashes can no longer be an excuse to have a coupon returned. People who own non-rental coupons at this point are free to use them however they see fit. Newly purchased ones will be rental ones though. [Fixed] Garnet Crown has a proper sprite
