Item Description

• If base Dex is bigger than base Luk increase Hit + 30,
• If base Dex is equal to base Luk increase Crit + 5, Hit + 15,
• Increase damage when using Earth, Fire, Water and Wind property attacks by 10%,
• Increase damage resistance to Boss monsters +1% per refine rate.
