All Servers Monthly Rewards 2013 Halloween Event 2013 Halloween Costume Contest Loki Quest List: Grave Diggers - Headgear reward (Kranio). An Opuntia by any Other Name - Headgear reward (Opuntia Pot). Curse of the Pharaoh King - Multiple rewards Secret of the Tears - Headgear (Made by Oasis) The Wandering Guardian Rainbow Octopus donate Shaman Feathers donate Eir Elemental Mastery Quest The number of Cursed Seals required for the Arcane branch of Acrylie's quest has been halved. EXP Remover NPC has been added to Prontera (168,206). If you are under level 99, she will remove your current level's experience for a small fee. Primarily for party sharing Item Changes: Ring des Nibelungens bonus stats have been removed. The Atk and Matk bonus has been reduced from 5% to 3%. Gramr has had its 20% neutral bonus damage removed. Polished Shields chance to change the enemies attack element has been reduced significantly. Sturdy Mining Pickaxe is no longer able to be sold to an NPC. Battlegrounds Medals are no longer able to be sold to an NPC. Indicolite Card will no longer grant an additional 10% attack. Rhodochrosite and Indicolite's item drops have been lowered considerably. Oridecon and Elunium have been lowered from 100% to 9%. Ruby and Sardonyx have been removed from 100% to 9%. 3carat and 2carat Diamonds have been lowered to 0.9% and 3%. dew_dun01, dic_dun01, and dic_dun02 are now unable to be saved with memo. Nobby's items have had their prices reduced from 10,000,000 zeny to 1,000,000 zeny. EXP gained in Nieve and Orc Village dungeon has been reduced significantly due to the difficulty nerf.

All Servers GM Applications are still open. Read it completely and if interested, apply! [Forewarning] The halloween exchange NPC and Independence Day item remover NPC will be removed in the next maintenance (November 26th). If you want to use them, do so now. Loki [New] A new command "@market" has been added. Similar to @wiki, it will automatically open the market webpage for you. [New] You can now purchase guild towns. Currently only major cities are available for purchase. More maps will be added soon and you can suggest maps. You currently can't change the map you choose, so choose carefully. You will be able to eventually but you will have to pay the full purchase price of the map. You will keep any NPCs but you will have to pay to move them before you are able to use them again. [New] Added new Guild Town NPC available for purchase. "GT Butterfly Wing" will sell one of 2 special infinite use Butterfly Wings for 25 million Zeny. You may have only 1 of each type at a time. When using these wings you will not "double load" and will be warped directly to your GT. If you are in the guild you get a special one that will always warp you to the town of the guild you are in. If you switch guilds this item will continue to work, but will switch you to your new guilds guild town. If they do not have a guild town it will do nothing. The other type is for guests. When you purchase a Butterfly Wing from a GT of a guild you are not in (on that character) it will always warp you to that guild town no matter what. You must be on the access list to use the item and if your access is removed or the guild town expires the item will vanish. [Fixed] The Conjurer in the "Secret of the Tears" quest has been moved to a Hugel Field somewhere. This will solve the issue with the NPC freezing. [Changed] Coppola Recolor quest now issues a warning that you do infact lose your Coppola in the recoloring process, as well as any refines / cards in it [Changed] One of the two banks in prontera has been removed. If you had zeny in that bank, by talking to the other banker in prontera, the money will transfer over. Eir [New] Banker has been added to Brasilis (199,227). [New] Victorious Coronet has been added to the Event Point Redemption NPC for 15 points. [Fixed] WoE SE has been fixed to begin at 20:00 UTC server time and ends at 22:00 UTC server time on Sunday. [Fixed] Coconut has had it weight changed from 120 to 12. [Changed] Experience gained from the Nightmare Pyramids has been reduced significantly.

[Fixed] The exchange npc for halloween rewards now allows you to exchange Hyzo Hat, Loli Ruri Hat, and Imp Wings. Due to this, the NPC will be around for 1 week longer. [New] The 2013 Christmas Event has started. If there's no information on the wiki, give it time and one will be added. The relevant NPCs are located in, where else, Lutie, the Christmas town. Loki [New] A sale has started for Premium items. Each day for 7 days, certain premium items will be on a discounted sale to celebrate Black Friday. The items will change at exactly 23:59:59 each night (server time). However! On Black Friday and Cyber Monday, certain "requested often" items will be on sale. What are they? You'll have to wait and see, but act fast, because these sales will end very soon. [New] "Homunculus Care Guide" can be purchased from the Vote Point Redemption NPC in prontera. It costs 15 vote points and when used, will give your homunculus between 5 and 10 intimacy [Fixed] Hall of Abyss properly resets the investments 2 hours after woe, rather than wednesdays at 5pm server time. [Fixed] The skulls (31450) can now be sold to the NPC for 0 zeny. [Fixed] The "Secret of the Tears" quest was fixed and is no longer repeatable.. [Changed] Authoritative Badge (12262) has been made tradable [Changed] The "effect" item from Donor Rewards which did nothing but an effect over and over has been replaced with a multi-functional item (Rewards Box) that can give various good bonuses that last between 5 - 45 minutes (something that can actually be used and has a purpose). With this however, the item is no longer an infinite use item. Once used, the item will go away. It is tradable. [Changed] The status effects given by the Rewards Box, with exception to skill buffs, no longer are removed upon death. [Changed] The tax rate on vending has been increased to 3% (was 2%). This is primarily to assist in removing excess zeny on the server but can also be related to the Conquest System. To put in reference how much tax that is, if you sold an item for 1,000,000,000 (that's 1 billion zeny, the max amount), before you would lose 20,000,000 or 20 million zeny as a tax. Now, that would be 30,000,000 or 30 million zeny. In relation to credits, the current vends are sitting around 60m. Before, you would lose 1.2m in taxes. Now, that would be 1.8m. It's not a huge jump, and in fact, most people will not notice it.

All Servers [Changed] New IP address (yes, again). Loki [New] A "Concierge" NPC has been added to the RDC / Cedi / Other quest areas. This NPC will allow you to buy items (not sell), heal, or repair your equipment. Do note though, that the price for repairing equipment is increased by 50% for the convenience. It will cost 7,500 Zeny for each equipment instead of the normal 5,000. Locations include: Ancient Tapestry / Watery Lair / Beacon RDC Pouring Rain/Blood [Fixed] TimTom checks the weight to make sure you can carry nectars / bca before you turn in samples. [Fixed] The Conjurer should work properly now, not being repeatable... [Fixed] The damage from Axe Kick when using Kontei has been fixed. It previously was double what it should be. [Changed] With the recent map index fix, some Star Gladiator Feeling maps have been changed. For people who have encountered this issue so far, they have been reset. At this point, if you encounter that issue, you will need to speak to the Star Gladiator NPC in prontera near the Reset Girl to reset your feelings and then set them again. [Changed] RDC officer / Equipment officer had their looks changed. They are not triplets anymore ;( [Removed] The Donation Redemption NPC (From when donates could be purchased on the website) has been removed. [Removed] The Independence Day event / Halloween exchange NPCs have been removed. Eir [Changed] Healer Bonus added for completing Monster of the Day. Cost of heal is reduced from 6,000 to 3,000 zeny. Level 10 Blessing is granted in addition to Level 10 Increase Agility. The duration of these two buffs is increase from 4 minutes to 8 minutes. These bonuses do not apply during WoE. [Fixed] Golden and Silver Tiaras are now tradeable. [Fixed] Rewards from the Christmas Event have been made account bound.

All Servers [Patched] The skill "Empathy" should rightfully display a skill Icon / Name. [Added] 12 Days of Christmas Event to start on Christmas Day. You can log in every day to get a prize. You cannot use alts, only one account can participate (your main most likely). If you didn't read this and got the prizes with your alt instead, oh well. Do not ask helpdesk for assistance. You will be denied. You must be logged in for at least 2 hours before you can claim your prize. Any account created after maintenance cannot participate. Attempts to evade the 1-per-day-per-person system are considered attempts to exploit. It will result in a permanent ban when you are caught, and you will be caught. No warnings, no appeals, permanent ban, period. We log all items and trades. Don't try it. [Added] Christmas Sale has begun and will run throughout Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. There is only one item for sale, and it's the same both days. The item does not change. Again. 1 item, both days. Nothing different. Loki [Fixed] Instant Third/Baby/Novice packets have been made non-usable in Woe/Pvp/Reginleif.. [Fixed] Angel's French Kiss (Premium Item) has been made unrefinable. If you have one with a refine, they will be removed very soon. [Fixed] Items that give Elemental Immunity Piercing have been fixed to not continue after the item was unequipped. Instead of a chance to cast Tarot Card of Fate when using Arrow Shower, since apparently you can't use Arrow Shower with the whip equipped, it now has a chance of casting when you use Arrow Vulcan. [Added] Christmas Event Items have been given effects. Merry Hamster: When attacking, there's a chance you can heal 7% of your HP every 4 seconds for a total of 30 seconds. Afterwhich, a cooldown of 30 seconds is needed Silver Crow Wings: A chance to activate either "Increase speed by 15% (stacks)" or "Increase Attack by 15%" when attacking with non-magical attacks. Both effects last 10 sec. All stats increased by Base Level / 25 Black Crow Wings: A chance to activate either "Increase speed by 15% (stacks)" or "Increase Magic Attack by 15%" when attacking with magical attacks. Both effects last 10 sec. All stats increased by Base Level / 25 Antonio Egg: Increases max HP and SP by 5% [Added] A new main chat rule has been added to [NPC]Rule Master's repertoire. Do not call people scammers / hackers / cheaters publicly. This is a form of harassment, but apparently needs a rule by itself. If you have valid proof, file a report on the forums under Loki -> Reports. If you do not have proof, then we cannot help you. [Added] Warpra now has Ayothaya Dungeon as a possible destination. You must have completed the quest and have the threads (Holy or Holier depending on dungeon level) to warp there. [Added] Warpras in guild towns now have the Character Storage / Idenfitier options on them that were previously available in the old guild towns. [Note] Christmas Headgear / Pet effects will be given during this week. As well as the NPC being added to exchange any "Game Tickets" if you have them. All Servers [Removed] The 2013 Christmas Event has finally ended. We hope you have all had enough time (over 1 month) to obtain the rewards you wanted. Loki [Fixed] Bronze Greaves's now correctly decrease walking speed based on refine. [Fixed] Making Arrow should properly work now. [Fixed] The "Trap 5%" orb properly works now. [Fixed] Fireworks Sprite should stop erroring (when you patch this maintenance). If it continues to error on you, please note EXACTLY what you did, such as were you dead, did you change your camera, what class you were on, gender, etc. After you have such information, report it to any GM immediately to be looked into. [Added] Santa Claus (inside the lutie building) will allow you to recolor your Light-Up Santa Hats. It will let you recolor them any number of times. Due to the amount of times it can be recolored this way instead of just once, the fee has been reduced. If you are recoloring the donate version, it will cost 500 points (it will attempt to deduct limited points. If that fails, it'll try premium points). The legit version will cost 300m. Any cards / refines in the item will be transferred over to the new recolor,. As well, the item will automatically be equipped when recolored. Leftover pieces will have a bonus effect for those without a full set. More information to be posted later. As well, the Big Dumb Santa still will give out event pieces (at a chance) until 23:59:59 today (wednesday). That is provided things go according to plan. After which, it will not give out those pieces but will continue to give out the other potential rewards for the christmas gifts. When this occurs, the pieces will be made usable, and give a reward when used. Do note that while they are usable, they can be made unusable in the future, or flat out wiped from everyone's inventories. That won't happen soon, but it's strongly recommended that you do not save them after that point. [Added] For those of you who have a "Game Ticket" item, due to having the original purchased limited edition items, not the ones on sale, they will be made usable at 23:59:59 (the same time the event pieces are), to give you a reward. This should hopefully compensate for the issues caused. Eir & Tyr: [Removed] Halloween Exchange / Independence Day Exchange NPCs have been removed. [Fixed] The department quests should be fixed now. Eir [Changed] Beelzebub NPC has been given the same trade restrictions as regular MVP cards. (No drop, No NPC) [Added] Server Servers has been added to Prontera (170,224) that will allow you to exchange incorrect item IDs for the correct version. [Fixed] Antonio and Smokie Gift Eggs that are broken (Red) can be exchanged for versions that will hatch. [Fixed] Merry Hamster will exchange your Loki ID headgear for the Eir version. [Note] All cards compounded will be deleted upon exchange, please make sure you decard before you do so.
