New Wiki Stuff

• Template:CustomNPC redesign (Requires Parser Functions)
• Template:NPC for normal NPC's ingame. This is only for standard NPCs used in quests, not every little nit picky NPC in the whole server. (copy of Template:CustomNPC but will wait until CustomNPC is updated)
• Template:MapLink update to link to RMS' map showing exactly where on the map the npc is located (Requires Parser Functions)
• Template:ItemLink update with variables "slots" and display a picture of the item automatically (Requires Parser Functions + extra)
• Template:ItemList.. If the page exists, link there.. Otherwise, link to ratemyserver. Incorporate this template with ItemLink (Requires Parser Functions)
• Template:Skills (and others) update to automatically apply the navbox based on variable values (Requires Parser Functions)
• Make a template for BaseExp & JobExp. It will give a standard output: Example {{baseExp |E=100|LT=2,000}}

Curse of the Pharaoh King - Multiple rewards Secret of the Tears - Headgear (Made by Oasis) The Wandering Guardian Rainbow Octopus donate Shaman Feathers donate An NPC to remove All Independence Day items has been added to Prontera, near where the event NPCs were located. Warning! This NPC will remove everything; Reports as well as the event Equipment (and any cards inside them). If you do not want to lose anything, put it in storage. The NPC gives you this warning as well. Items lost as a result will not be returned. Safe Refiners no longer downgrade your items upon failing. It will stay the same refine that it was before you attempted, but you will lose the ingredients used. Due to this change, the success rates have been slightly altered. Old Bandages has had the slot temporarily removed until the issue regarding it has been fixed. If you have one with a card in it, sign up for helpdesk to have it removed. Abusing this item from this point on is punishable. The slot will return later, don't worry. [Added] A special Limited Edition Premium Hat will be available only on Halloween. Speak to the Premium Point Redemption NPC in Prontera on that day to see it. [Changed] Past Event headgears / eggs / items have been added to the Event Point Redemption NPC in moscovia. The default price for most of these items are 20 event points. Some, hard to find, more sought after, and/or infinite items have higher prices. Do not complain about the prices. They are subject to change as needed, but for now they are what they are. Eir Elemental Mastery Quest The number of Cursed Seals required for the Arcane branch of Acrylie's quest has been halved. EXP Remover NPC has been added to Prontera (168,206). If you are under level 99, she will remove your current level's experience for a small fee. Primarily for party sharing Item Changes: Ring des Nibelungens bonus stats have been removed. The Atk and Matk bonus has been reduced from 5% to 3%. Gramr has had its 20% neutral bonus damage removed. Polished Shields chance to change the enemies attack element has been reduced significantly. Sturdy Mining Pickaxe is no longer able to be sold to an NPC. Battlegrounds Medals are no longer able to be sold to an NPC. Indicolite Card will no longer grant an additional 10% attack. Rhodochrosite and Indicolite's item drops have been lowered considerably. Oridecon and Elunium have been lowered from 100% to 9%. Ruby and Sardonyx have been removed from 100% to 9%. 3carat and 2carat Diamonds have been lowered to 0.9% and 3%. dew_dun01, dic_dun01, and dic_dun02 are now unable to be saved with memo. Nobby's items have had their prices reduced from 10,000,000 zeny to 1,000,000 zeny. EXP gained in Nieve and Orc Village dungeon has been reduced significantly due to the difficulty nerf.
