Refund Policy
Ragnarevival offers refunds for Premium Gears/Weapons players had purchased.
How to Request a Refund
- Simply go to the GM Assistant NPC at Prontera (138, 224) and open a helpdesk ticket to request a refund.
- When available, the GM Staff will recall you to the helpdesk.
- Tell the GM Staff which item(s) you wish to refund.
- The GM Staff would then need to conduct a log check to confirm the time you had purchased the item(s).
- If the item(s) are within the Refundable Period, the refund will be processed.
However, there are some limitations to consider.
Refundable Period
- Full Premium Points (PP) will be refunded if the refund request had been filed within 6 hours of the item being purchased.
- If first 6 hours have passed and within 3 days since your purchase, you will not be offered a full PP refund and/or exchange of any kind, instead you will get a Limited Premium Points (LPP) equivalent to the cost of the item purchased.
Summary
Item purchased then refunding within or less than 6 hours = Full PP Item purchased then refunding within 6 hours to 3 days = LPP Max 2 items per week for full PP refund.
