1. In Rachel, find the Sincere Follower, Urstia (Located at 157, 183). Talk to her and agree to help her.
- You will receive an Ashy Necklace.
2. On Ice Dungeon Level 2, find Maheo frozen in ice (Located at 120, 105). He tells an embarrassing story, and asks you to get his master to help free him.
3. Go back to the city of Rachel, and near the top of the lake in the bottom right you will find Hamion (Located at 264, 98). He will ask that you bring him:
- 5 Rough Wind
- 1 Hammer [2]
- 1 Blank Scroll
- Note: See List of Venders for information on where to buy Hammer [2]. Blank Scroll can be bought in the Magical Academy (Located at 323 280) in Yuno.
When you bring him these items, he will give you a:
4. Return to Maheo and use the hammer to smash the ice. He will reward you with:
5. Return to Urstia and turn in the Sparkling Necklace to receive:
- 70,000,000 (Loki/Tyr) or 3,500,000 Base Experience (Eir)

6. Using the 4 Freezing Snow Powder you can put out the 4 Sacred Fires that surround the seal at the center of Ice Dungeon Level 3. Once put out, the boss monster Ktullanux will appear.
The coordinates for the Sacred Flames are:
- 173, 125
- 126, 125
- 126, 170
- 173, 171
- Note: After killing Ktullanux, a portal will appear at (150, 138) that will warp you to Ice Dungeon 04. You will see a Frozen Boy which Ktullanux was guarding.
7. Once you have completed steps 1-5 (Not necessary to fight Ktullanux), you can sell Glacial Hearts to Mohadin in Rachel (Located at 113, 97) for 375 Zeny a piece.
