• Warp to Geffen.
• Head north to the Geffen Tower and talk to Wizard Hat Dude (Located at 126 107).
• Give him the required ingredients to make the Wizard Hat.

Rewards

Complete this quest and you will receive a File:2252.gif Wizard Hat.
