From the Maintenance Notes:

Loki

  • Sinx off hand damage ignoring resists has been fixed
  • Bacon card has been enabled
  • Rood Wings have 4 slots and can be carded properly
  • Kelp is properly giving 5% flee instead of 5
  • Neko Claus is properly reducing 8% defence instead of just 8
  • Targets vs. User stat based skills like, Strip, steal etc. has been fixed
