The recipe for Counteragent and Mixture are as follows:

First, obtain a 
Detrimindexta, 
Karvodailnirol and 
Alcohol and have them in your inventory. Then go to Alberta.
Enter the Manor (area in red square) near the top of the map (alberta 93, 202) and go upstairs.
Walk all the way to the end of the all and enter the last room.
Speak to Louitz who is at the corner of the room by the bookshelves. Choose Talk about Solutions. He will mention about Molgenstein.
Next, go to Geffen, and speak to Aure Dupon , located to the left of the east .
Choose Ask About Molgenstein. He will direct you to Geffen's former blacksmith guild.
