Plot

Charlie is a wandering hat maker by trade. He can help you create an Angeling Hat, a Phoenix Crown or an Emperor's Laurel Crown.

Charlie's Location

• Warp to Alberta (@go 4).
  
• Walk west until you reach a bunch of buildings. Walk south, then west again and go up the steps.
  
• Talk to Charlie (Located at 73 53) at the top of the steps.
  
• Bring him the required items needed to make the Angeling Hat.

• File:5074.gif 1 Angel Wing Ears

Rewards

Complete this quest and you will receive an File:5132.gif Angeling Hat.
