From the Maintenance Notes:

Loki: View range has been increased to 20 cells around your character, whilst max walk path has increased to 32 cells. Status and breaking effects will now correctly pass through Cart Termination and Throw Tomahawk. Double Attack has reverted to it's pre-Hercules-messed-with-it formula. Warpra will now debuff you when using the last warp option to go to PvP-related maps. She will also charge a flat fee of 10,000 Zeny to use the last warp option. Rescojin will now correctly spawn the rewards chest. SC_HPREGEN (HoT effect from certain items) has been fixed and will work correctly. Status Icons have been added for the following effects: Stone Curse, Frozen, Stun, Sleep, Poison, Curse, Silence, Confusion, Blind, Deadly Poison, *Empathy (now works), HP Regen (Creator card, TCoH), Magnetic Shield (Gold Queen Scaraba (N) card), Whistle, Assassin Cross, Poem of Bragi, Apple of *Idunn, Humming, Please Don't Forget Me, Fortune's Kiss and Service for You. /exall previously let whispers through from players who were of a higher donor level than you; this will now no longer happen. GMs will still penetrate /exall. A delay has been added to #trade, #pr and #gr of five minutes, as per the rules. Item fixes or changes: Rune Strawberry Cake has been fixed. Homun Clips have been made equippable again. Poison Element racial headgear... thing... will now correctly have a chance to poison. Bestiary now gives an inherent -10% ATK rather than -20%. The description has not yet been updated to reflect this, but will be later. Any of the broke, new Golden equipment has been fixed; especially any of them that break joints. Gold Scaraba Queen Card (N) will correctly give you the effect of magnetic shield and not stone curse. Sir Vincent's Sabre's effect has been changed to reflect its description. Inventory Jakk's Longbow has been made equippable by the jobs stated in the description. Items that cast Slow Recast will now do so correctly.
