Anti-Material Blast (Alt: Anti-Material Blast) is an Expanded 2nd class offensive skill available as Rebel.
Effect
Fires an immaterial projectile at a single target to inflict massive ranged physical damage. It has a chance of decreasing the target's Neutral property resistance, which is affected by the user's DEX.
