Fallen Angel (Alt: Fallen Angel) is an Expanded 2nd class offensive skill available as Rebel.
Effect
Jump to the targeted location and activate Desperado. If there is an obstacle between the caster and the target cell, this skill will fail to activate. Higher skill level reduces the cooldown.
