From the Maintenance Notes:

Loki Here's a list of bug fixes done this time: Exp values for leveling have been fixed to the values prior to the SE move Guild Town Warpra properly requires a fee for warping to the mvp arena. Guild Town Warpra no longer warps you to the old reginleif location. Warps you properly to Horus. Vending clip, and a couple others properly give their their normal race resistance. Puca card works properly. Kraken's Lair should properly only block non-pvp type items (angra, ahura, etc) Allies should no longer be kicked form the guild castle when emperium is broken. Traditional Weapon quest success probabilities have been fixed. Little Devil Wings properly give 10k HP and 500 SP Bloody branch room (private) enabled teleport Running was fixed to be usable in Battlegrounds @guildmes / @gw colon removed to hopefully fix a crashing client issue (Please test to confirm)
