All Servers [Fixed] @wiki <article name> now properly goes to the right page. Halloween Exchanger added to Prontera (163,212) that will allow you to exchange duplicate headgears from 2012 or 2013 for a different headgear. Loki [Added] Halloween 2013 items have proper effects now. [Added] A special Limited Edition Premium Hat will be available only on Halloween. Speak to the Premium Point Redemption NPC in Prontera on that day to see it. [Changed] Gunslinger's Dust no longer has a Semi-Fixed Cast Time [Changed] The Idle timer that prevents you from getting exp/items no longer resets when you cast skills or use items. You MUST move around to continue to gain items / exp and this is for all classes! With this, means the MvP Arena timer is obsolete. This should hopefully be the final solution to the plaguing issue of AFK / Semi-AFK killers. We'll see how it runs and make any changes as needed. Please leave feedback on any issues you might run into. [Fixed] Amistr's Feed can no longer be consumed to prevent reports about people losing it. [Fixed] The Brynhildr quest, which would not spawn the NPC after killing the valkyrie, has been fixed. Eir Item Changes: Ring des Nibelungens bonus stats have been removed. The Atk and Matk bonus has been reduced from 5% to 3%. Gramr has had its 20% neutral bonus damage removed. Polished Shields chance to change the enemies attack element has been reduced significantly. Sturdy Mining Pickaxe is no longer able to be sold to an NPC. Battlegrounds Medals are no longer able to be sold to an NPC. Indicolite Card will no longer grant an additional 10% attack. Rhodochrosite and Indicolite's item drops have been lowered considerably. Oridecon and Elunium have been lowered from 100% to 9%. Ruby and Sardonyx have been removed from 100% to 9%. 3carat and 2carat Diamonds have been lowered to 0.9% and 3%. dew_dun01, dic_dun01, and dic_dun02 are now unable to be saved with memo. Nobby's items have had their prices reduced from 10,000,000 zeny to 1,000,000 zeny. EXP gained in Nieve and Orc Village dungeon has been reduced significantly due to the difficulty nerf.
