New Wiki Stuff

• Template:CustomNPC redesign (Requires Parser Functions)
• Template:NPC for normal NPC's ingame. This is only for standard NPCs used in quests, not every little nit picky NPC in the whole server. (copy of Template:CustomNPC but will wait until CustomNPC is updated)
• Template:MapLink update to link to RMS' map showing exactly where on the map the npc is located (Requires Parser Functions)
• Template:ItemLink update with variables "slots" and display a picture of the item automatically (Requires Parser Functions + extra)
• Template:ItemList.. If the page exists, link there.. Otherwise, link to ratemyserver. Incorporate this template with ItemLink (Requires Parser Functions)
• Template:Skills (and others) update to automatically apply the navbox based on variable values (Requires Parser Functions)
• Make a template for BaseExp & JobExp. It will give a standard output: Example {{baseExp |E=100|LT=2,000}}
