2009 St Patrick's Day Event

Overview

This event consisted of a Leprechaun npc hiding somewhere on Prontera Field 08. It would be cloaked until a player walked within 1 square of it. When a player uncloaked it, it would give them 1 coin item then after a few seconds would warp to a random spot on the map and hide again.

The coins were traded into an NPC in Prontera (3 at a time) for a limited edition headgear.

Notes

• Some people abused a glitch where the NPC would be stuck on one square allowing people to walk past it many times gaining coins when they shouldn't have been able to.
• The NPC use to be visible if the player had a Maya Purple Card equipped. That was soon changed.
