From the Maintenance Notes:

Loki The amount of quests needed to unlock bio labs 4 and the Sealed MvPs has been halved (250). The amount of Zeny needed has increased by 50% (15bn) and the amount of Points needed has increased by 100% (30,000). When entering a Sealed MvP's map, you will no longer be spammed by warnings. The extremely wide respawn timer on Sealed MvPs has been normalised and thus will spawn more frequently. Previously, bio labs 4 MvPs spawned according to official conditions; however, as this - frankly - sucked, I have scripted a custom spawner that will spawn the MvPs according to new conditions. Have fun figuring it out! Alphoccio and Trentini both now drop a card for Tarot Card of Hope. SRT boxes and the SRT refiner have both been fixed. Thank you for your patience regarding this. Some of the new mobs and MvPs have had their skills altered.
