Margaret has lost her Clip of Consciousness, if you find it, then she'll trade her enhancing clip to you.

Warp to Somatology Laboratory F4
Walk around the map, and work your way to the Upper-left center area. Keep searching until you find Margaret (Located at 49, 173).
Bring her the required items to make the Enhancing Clip.

Complete this quest and you will receive an File:32370.gif Enhancing Clip.

You must have a Clip of Consciousness in your inventory for her to speak to you.
