Help Desk Ticket System

The in-game Help Desk has transitioned to a new **Ticket Support System** on Discord! This system is more efficient, allowing for quicker response times and better management of support requests. To receive help, you will need to join our Discord server and use the ticket system in the designated support channel: [1].

When to Use the Help Desk

The Discord Ticket Support System should be used for issues requiring direct Game Master (GM) assistance, such as:

  • Scamming, Hacking, Spamming, or other serious rule violations.
  • Reporting critical errors or bugs that should not be disclosed publicly to avoid exploitation.
  • Personal issues that only a GM can resolve (e.g., "Why is my homunculus missing skills at level 255?")
  • Problems with website-related purchases or account issues.
  • Claiming prizes for contests where the Help Desk has been specified as the redemption method.

Note: All reports and support requests must now be submitted exclusively through the Discord Ticket Support System.

When Not to Use the Help Desk

Please avoid using the Help Desk for the following:

  • Requesting events or leveling assistance.
