The Rookie Package is incentive meant to encourage players participation in WoE. That is a hope for more geared towards giving new players a kickstart to join the WoE scenes.
The Rookie Packages are incentives meant to encourage player participation in the [[War of Emperium]]. Rookie Packages consists of rental Angra/Ahura and Rental Premium Headgears. It also includes permanent, fully refined WoE Equipment. Albeit with reduced stats. These are given in hope of starting off new players in WoE and to catch up with veteran players.


This one is a substitute for Guild Packages, which were released in August 2018. Since Guild Package was abolished, we came up with a new system where players can get package similar to Guild Package but this time, individual player can claim it. There's no need to join guild and wait for 10 players to claim now.
Rookie Packages are replacements for the now discontinued Guild Packages, which were released in August 2018. Unlike the Guild Package system which requires a Guild with 10 Active members, Rookie Packages can be claimed by individual players without guilds. As long as they meet certain criteria.

There is one nearby in hub (169, 273) and another in Prontera (151, 191).

Summary
