Eid Al-Adha Event

Eid Al-Adha is a mini event during the holidays. We hope you enjoy it.

NOTE: This event does not represent any real life faith or story behind Eid Al-Adha. Any similarities are purely coincidental.

Plot

Eid Al-Adha. It is the Feast of the Sacrifice. The Goat Slayer has arrived in Prontera and invites players to join him in the holy sacrifice. The Feast of the Sacrifice is a test of faith to his God by sacrificing Goats to him. It is the act of obedience to God's commands.

Goat Slayer NPC

Overview

In the town of Prontera, there will be the NPC: Goat Slayer [located at 178, 218] will stay for 2 weeks. One must first speak to the Goat Slayer to activate the task of slaying goats for the sacrifice to God. This event is a global event, meaning, each and every person must contribute in order to gain the ultimate prize and surprise that everyone would have ever wanted for the longest time. So be sure to work together and get to the very top with all the sacrifices!!

For this event, players are asked to hunt Goats. Each Goat hunted is counted as 1 Goat Sacrifice.

Goats can be found in ein_fild6, yuno_fild6 & yuno_fild7

Apart from the Goats, a mob called Cow Raider Enemy will spawn every odd hour. The arrival of these apostates will be announced along with their own random sacrifice value.

These guys are extremely tough and will require no less than a good team of players to take them down.

Rewards

As a way to say thanks for their contributions, Goat Slayer will bestow players with rewards. There are two types of rewards for this event. Personal Rewards which are awarded to individual players and Global Rewards which are awarded for the whole server to enjoy.

Reward begins at 2,000 and will increase every 2,000. The first 2,000 to 6,000 will be Personal Rewards. While the rest will be contributed to the global cumulative amount of Goat Sacrifices which will ultimately allow Global Rewards!

For example, if a player has hunted 6000 Goats, Costume:Sleeping Sheep will be rewarded to that player.

When 10,000 Goat Sacrifices is reached globally, from the efforts of all the players, floating rates will be activated.
