1. Go to Lighthalzen and find Maku around the Lighthalzen slums He'll ask you to go to the place where wealthy people live. To get to the slums area, you will need to talk to the guard (Located at 267, 200). Talk to him repeatedly and you'll eventually get through.
2. Go inside the Hotel (Located at 158, 131) and walk upstairs. Enter the first room to the left (Located at 237, 200) and talk to Digotz (Located at 201, 210). Talk to him and you'll notice he talks like Maku as well.
3. Return to Maku again. He'll talk about their past. After that, go find Digotz. He'll curse Maku. Listen to what he has to say and remember to write it down exactly as he says it.

4. Return to Maku and pass along Digotz's words, one line at a time. Maku almost breaks down after hearing it. Talk to Maku again and he'll go on a rampage, making you lose half of your health. Try to calm him down. He'll tell you about his other friend Benkaistein.
5. Go back to the Hotel and tell Digotz you have a message for him and tell him exactly what Maku mentioned. He'll mention Benkaistein as well. From listening to both of them, Benkaistein seems to like to read books. So you need to head to the Juno Library.

8. Go to the north room and check the Book (Located at 167, 115) on the table.
- You will obtain a Friend's Diary.
9. Go back to Benktaisten and tell him that you have found his diary. He'll tell you to show the diary to both of them.
10. Head back to the Hotel and find Digotz, then show him the diary.
11. Then go show the diary to Maku. He still doesn't know about Digotz's situation and is still waiting for him. He will reward you with:
- Level 50-75
- 20,000,000 (Loki/Tyr) or 1,000,000 (Eir) Base Experience
- Level 75-90
- 40,000,000 (Loki/Tyr) or 2,000,000 (Eir) Base Experience
- Level 91-99
- 70,000,000 (Loki/Tyr) or 3,500,000 (Eir) Base Experience

- Note: Do not throw the Knife as you will need this for Bruspetti Quest.
13. Finally, go back to Yuno and tell Benkaistein you did what he asked. He will reward you with:
