Skill Description
An attack with 130% normal atk and with a 20% chance to cause blind effect. Although it has no Cast Time or Cool Down, it can't be spammed. Sand Attack stacks with enchant_deadly_poison and can inflict other status ailments if used with status cards/weapons.
