In Comodo, one clown is tired of seeing ugly people, and really wants to beautify the world, one ugly mug at a time.
Instructions
- First, travel to comodo.
- Walk Northwest and look for Lucky the Clown (Located at 95,269).
- Bring him the required materials, and he'll make you the infamous Hat of Fortune.

- 1 Western Grace
- 300 Rainbow Shell
- 5 Blue Dyestuff
- 100 Feather
