Charlie is a wandering hat maker by trade. He can help you create an Angeling Hat, a Phoenix Crown or an Emperor's Laurel Crown.
Instructions
Charlie's Location * Warp to [[wiki:alberta]]. * Walk west until you reach a bunch of buildings. Walk south, then east and go up the steps. * Talk to **[[wiki:npc_charlie|Charlie]]** (Located at 73 53) at the top of the steps. * Bring him the required items needed to make the [[wiki:emperor_s_laurel_crown|Emperor's Laurel Crown]].

- 20 Huge Leaf
- 40 Soft Blades of Grass
Rewards
Complete this quest and you will receive an Emperor's Laurel Crown.
