From the Maintenance Notes:

Thor Maintenance has concluded for Thor. The following changes have been made: All the things from the 2015-06-09 maintenance from Loki which also affected Thor Rentals now last 30 days as intended. Rental boxes can now be traded as intended. WoE is now enabled once again. (some changes were made to accommodate the current size of Thor's community. Click!) Vending above your zeny cap (losing zeny from vending) is no longer possible. (Loki updated as well.)
