1. Go to Hugel and speak to Torpy (Located at 107, 67). He will cry about mising his mother and father.
2. Go to Hugel Field 06 just outside of Hugel to locate Torpy's Mom (Located at 190, 367) and she will ask you to inform Torpy that she is fine.
3. Talk to Torpy and he'll ask you to find his father. Examine the Suspicious Barrel (Located at 100, 176) and it will start telling you that it is hungry and needs you to cook him some food as it is the only way. You will need:

4. Give the crab nippers to Torpy's Dad and he will pop out. He will tell you that he has a good reason for hiding in three days so it is time to expose him.
5. Talk to Torpy again and he will thank you for finding his daddy. He'll tell you to inform his mother outside of town.
6. Go back to Torpy's Mom and she will reward you for finding her husband. She will give you :
