El Dicastes

About El Dicastes

El Dicastes is a modern, but cold city, capital for the Sapha Tribe. Not much is know about this new city, but it is said that there is a new Equipment Refining Service, provided by the Cat Hand group, and that there is a dangerous dungeon, with large scarab that guard it.
