In Comodo, one clown is tired of seeing ugly people, and really wants to beautify the world, one ugly mug at a time.

Instructions

  • First, travel to Comodo.
  • Walk Northwest and look for Lucky the Clown (Located at 95,269).
  • Bring him the required materials, and he'll make you the infamous Hat of Fortune.
