It's been a while since someone asked Barradin to make a Dragon Skull. He may be a little rusty but he will try his best to successfully craft it.

Instructions

Warp to Veins.
Go North and walk up the stairs and you should find Barradin (Located at 206 162).
Bring him the required items to make the Dragon Skull.

Complete this quest and you will receive a Dragon Skull.

There is a 50% chance of him making it. If he fails, you will lose the ingredients and you will have to try again.
