Ramsey was an Administrator for RebirthRO. He has been around for many years and has been a huge help in keeping the server running smoothly. He dealt with mostly behind the scenes work, and rarely seen ingame. His favorite internet meme is most probably, "WHAT IS THIS I DON'T EVEN". He is notably known for "accidentally the forums", in which the forums were accidentally wiped clean so it had to start from scratch around May 2009. If you think he's afk... THINK AGAIN.
