1. Head to the Sage Acadamy in yuno (Located at 338, 208). Enter the building and talk to the Archaeologist. He will require some items. The items required to learn elemental change depends on which element you elect to learn. Depending on which you chose, you will be required to gather 20 stones of that element.

Earth Elemental Change: 20 Green Live
Wind Elemental Change : 20 Wind of Verdure
Fire Elemental Change : 20 Red Blood
Water Elemental Change: 20 Crystal Blue

2. In addition to the stones, you will also need:

3. Once you have the required items, you will be taught the Elemental Change skill corresponding to the element you picked.

Payon Solution can be obtained from Dollshoi at Archer Village (Located at 122,100) for 50 zeny.
Morocc Solution can be obtained from Ponka-Hontas at Morocc Ruins (Located at 91, 150) for 50 zeny.
