1. In Port Malaya, talk to Rodel the Guard (/navi malaya 283/265).

• He explains villagers feel threatened by evil spirits.
• He suggests you meet Leader Phong the Mumbaki.

2. Speak with Leader Phong the Mumbaki (/navi malaya 185/358).

• He tests the strength of your soul.
• Ghosts are threatened by your presence.

3. Speak with Old Man Nardo (/navi malaya 181/353).

• He asks for a button of your clothing as a lucky charm.

4. Speak with Collection Dealer Woeon (/navi malaya 295/171).

• He asks for a button of your sleeve as proof.

5. Speak with Pedro the Sailor (/navi malaya 326/68).

• He tells you the town is full of ghosts.
• He asks for a button of your sleeve.

6. Speak with Blacksmith Pandoi (/navi malaya 119/217).

• He asks for something from you to ward off ghosts.

7. Speak with Talah (/navi malaya 223/267) and her father Romel (/navi malaya 223/268).

• Romel asks for a button or some hair to help Talah sleep.

8. After speaking with the NPCs, return to Phong the Mumbaki.

• Note: It may only require 5 of the 6 NPCs to proceed, but you will still need to give items to all 6 later.
• He explains they need charms for protection and asks for your help.

9. Suggest using Holy Water and Blue Gemstones as protection charms.

10. Gather the required items and deliver them to the NPCs you spoke with earlier.

11. Return to Phong the Mumbaki.

• He thanks you and rewards you.
• You gain EXP & Job EXP.
• You can now access daily quests and speak with most Port Malaya NPCs.
