1. Speak with Nurse Las (malaya 55 72) in front of the abandoned hospital.

• She asks if you plan to go inside.

2. Ask about the hospital. She explains it is creepy and asks you for 2 Rotten Bandages for her blisters.

3. Give her the bandages, then click the hospital door. She asks you to question the townsfolk.

4. Talk to the Village Woman nearby. She says the hospital has been closed for a long time.

5. Return to Nurse Las. She finds it strange and asks you to ask others.

6. Speak with the Village Man (malaya 62 37). He says it closed due to an accident. He suggests you bring Nurse Las to Dr. Boon.

7. Nurse Las says she can’t walk, so she asks you to meet Dr. Boon (malaya 210 200).

• Dr. Boon gives you the hospital key.

8. Return to Nurse Las and give her the key.

• A whispering voice appears and tells you secrets about the hospital.

9. Investigate the Bushes near the entrance. You find Suspicious Wooden Sticks that yield Lesser Agimat.

10. Nurse Las tells you to visit the Bent Old Lady (malaya 114 183).

• She explains the hospital is cursed, and her daughter died there.

11. Return to Nurse Las. She says she opened the hospital door.

12. Enter the hospital and go near the 2nd Floor entrance (152, 23).

• Meet Nurse Maenne (147, 10).

13. Go back to Nurse Las. She tells you to consult the Bent Old Lady again.

14. The old lady says the Shaman (malaya 274 367) made the talisman.

15. Talk to the Shaman. He gives you a new talisman for free.

16. Place the talisman at the 2nd floor entrance. The dark energy fades.

17. Speak with Nurse Maenne. You discover Bangungot pretended to be Nurse Las.

Phase 1: Kill Monsters Tormenting Patients

• Eliminate Bangungot’s Mangkukulam in patient rooms.

Phase 2A: Eliminate Bangungot (2–3 minutes)

• Fight Bangungot while killing adds.
• If Bangungot dies, advance to Phase 3.

Phase 2B: Rescue a Patient (2–3 minutes)

• Invulnerable Bangungot appears.
• Kill Mangkukulam and Tiyanak to return to Phase 2A.

Phase 3: The Pillar of Spirit (1 minute)

• Defeat the Pillar of Spirit (HP 250, 1 damage per hit).
• If you fail, Bangungot resurrects and Phase 2A restarts.
