1. In Port Malaya, speak with the Village Chief (/navi malaya 283/265).

• He asks you to retrieve 2 Lost Belongings from Tiyanaks and deliver them to the Missing Person’s Father (/navi malaya 270/267).

2. Tiyanaks drop Lost Belongings.

• You will need a total of 17 pcs for the whole quest.
• They are account bound.

3. Speak with the Missing Person’s Father.

• He asks you to bring 7 Lost Belongings to the Missing Person’s Friend (/navi malaya 266/274).

4. Speak with the Missing Person’s Friend.

• He asks you to bring 3 Lost Belongings to the Missing Person’s Son (/navi malaya 269/278).

5. Speak with the Missing Person’s Son.

• He asks you to bring 5 Lost Belongings to the Missing Person’s Mother (/navi malaya 266/284).

6. Speak with the Missing Person’s Mother.

• She confirms the items belonged to her child.
• Return to the Village Chief.

7. The Village Chief concludes Bakonawa killed the missing people.

• He gives you 5 Inside-Out Shirts.
• He directs you to the Young Fortune Teller (/navi malaya 289/364).

8. The Young Fortune Teller asks you to kill 15 Tikbalangs.

9. After hunting, return to her and receive 5 Tikbalang Harnesses.

• Return to the Village Chief.

10. The Village Chief asks you to help set traps:

• Gruffy Worker (/navi ma_fild01 54/253)
• Grumpy Worker (/navi ma_fild01 236/119)
• Cowardly Worker (/navi ma_scene01 177/89)
• Gloomy Worker (/navi ma_scene01 141/118)
• Sentimental Worker (/navi ma_scene01 175/170)

11. After setting traps, return to the Village Chief.

• He rewards you with 7 Lesser Agimats, EXP, and Job EXP.

This quest/instance can be repeated. *Cooldown:* 1 Day

* Once you enter the instance, you cannot re-enter if you leave. * Speak with Taho inside the cave to start.

Tips:

• Use magic reduction or Magnetic Earth.
• DPS continuously.
• Recommended gears: Asprika, Alice Valk, Fire Armor, Kafra Blossom.
• Bakonawa is unreachable by melee auto-attacks.
• Be careful of Shield Reflect, Storm Gust, and critical hits (20k–40k).

Phase 1:

• Bakonawa appears in the lake.
• 10-minute time limit.
• Few skills used except Meteor Storm.

Phase 2:

• He moves deeper into the lake, trying to swallow the moon.
• Destroy 4 Instruments (plant type, ~200 HP, 1 dmg per hit).
• 5-minute time limit.

Phase 3:

• Enraged Bakonawa returns.
• Uses Storm Gust, LoV, Break Weapon.
• Summons waves of ~15 minions every 2 minutes.
• Drops a Treasure Box upon defeat.

*Important:* Do NOT Butterfly Wing out. Talk to the NPC near the spawn point to receive 7 Ancient Grudges.
