The equipment sets that are available to most RO servers, and are not custom, are listed under the normal_equipment_sets page. Bonuses are gained when a player equips all the required pieces at the same time. The bonuses tend to be better than if you just used most of the set, or just one piece.
Unless it specifically states what server it's for, it will be available to every server.
