The Boy Who Cried Wolfchev

Jameson is looking for a certain Dr. Wolfchev in the slums of Lighthalzen. You overhear him talking to himself and startles him.

1. Talk to Jameson in the Lighthalzen slums (Located at 296, 287).

• Note: To enter the slums, you must repeatedly speak to the Guard at the 3 o'clock position (Located at 267, 199) until he becomes “distracted” and the conversation font turns blue. You can also complete the Lighthalzen Friendship Quest to get a pass.

2. When you talk to Jameson, you overhear him talking to himself. He asks if you heard him; answer “Yes I am”.

3. He will ask you how much you heard; answer “Everything”.

4. Jameson tells you he's looking for a Dr. Wolfchev and asks you to help by asking around the slums.

5. Find and talk to one of the following NPCs in the slums to ask about Dr. Wolfchev:

• Davide (Lighthalzen 315, 239)
• Ronan (Lighthalzen 327, 225)
• Melinda (Lighthalzen 352, 303)

6. They will claim they don't remember anything, but if you pay them 100 zeny, they will “remember”.

7. They will tell you about an old man who was seen holding books outside the Rekenber Corporation Building, and that he dropped one behind the building.

8. Go to the back of the Rekenber Corporation Building (Located at 85, 302). Click on the bubble box and read the journal.

9. After you've read the journal, return to Jameson.

10. Jameson thanks you for your help, which marks the end of the quest.
