This is a server-wide quest that requires all players to work together to unlock Biolabs F4.
1. Once you have completed The Boy Who Cried Wolfchev quest, you can begin the repeatable Breaking The Seal quest.
2. The server must complete the Breaking The Seal quest a total of 250 times.
3. The server as a whole must also donate a total of 15 billion Zeny and 50,000 Premium Points. You can donate at the Lighthalzen Police Department (Located at 234, 276) by talking to the Chief Constable (lhz_in02 141, 199).
4. Once these three conditions are met, Biolabs F4 will become accessible and the Sealed MVPs will roam the world for 30 days. After 30 days, Biolabs F4 will become inaccessible and the Sealed MVPs will be re-sealed.
5. As a thank you for donating Zeny and Points, a new NPC will be able to give you items, including powerful Antique items, depending on how much you donate. Be quick, because once the server-wide pot has reached the required amount, you won't be able to donate again for another 30 days.
6. When Biolabs F4 is open, you can enter through the south-east entrance in Biolabs level 3 (lhz_dun03 240, 72).
