First you must make your way to the very first custom map you entered when you started the A Glast from the Past quest. This is cmd_fild03f, which had the small base camp of people, and the giant orb of light in the center.
Walk to the bottom right of the map, where the camp is located, and you should find a Worried Man (Located at 193, 205).
He will tell you that he needs matches to light the beacons, but he has no more. He will ask you to bring him some Matchsticks
