Attack the mind of the enemy to cause mental breakdown. This decreases enemy's [[wiki:int]] [[wiki:mdef]], but it ups their [[wiki:matk]]. Success chance is (55+5*SkillLV)%. This is basically [[wiki:provoke]] for Magicians.
