Casting is accompanied by the "AGI UP" message over the target. Dispels [[wiki:decrease_agility]] when cast. Dispelled by [[wiki:decrease_agility]] and [[wiki:quagmire]].\\  A monster or player in the area of effect of a [[wiki:quagmire]] spell cannot receive the benefits of Increase Agility.\\  This skill consumes some HP along with the SP cost. If the user has 16 HP when casting the skill, it will fail.
