In Lutie, there are two very known men who helps adventurers look cool and stay cool! The Ice Carver helps adventurers create Ice Wings while his brother, the Ice Specialist uses his skills to bring colour to the old Ice Wings.

===== Instructions =====

   * Warp to [[wiki:lutie]]. 
  * Walk East, until you reach **[[wiki:npc_ice_carver|Ice Carver]]** (Located at 225, 159).  
  * Give him the required items and choose either a [[http://ratemyserver.net/re_item_db.php?item_id=1205&small=1&back=1|Cutter]] or an [[http://ratemyserver.net/re_item_db.php?item_id=1230&small=1&back=1|Ice Pick]]. 
  * Upon success, obtain an [[wiki:ice_wing]]
